Yes, but only at selected events due to the short shelf life of worm tea. We can also teach you how to make your own worm tea from worm castings which will give your plants a quick balanced mix of nutrients and microorganisms. Note: worm tea is only for plants, not human consumption.
Yes, worm castings are a wonderful way to help potted plants grow.
No. Worms will only eat decaying material, so they will not eat growing plants. The worms will help improve soil health and provide worm castings that will help your plants grow.
No. Unlike chemical fertilizers that can burn plant roots, worm castings will not harm plants. The active microbes in the castings will work with your plants to help provide the nutrients needed.

No. We have a display of worm castings at our events and most people comment that they just smell 'earthy'.
No, the process is odor-free. If there are any unpleasant smells, it is likely from slowly decomposing items like meat and cheese. The best solution is too remove the offending item and/or add more brown composting material.
Yes. We want you to get your in-garden composting up and running as fast as possible. That is why we pre-hydrate the components for you and include red wiggler worms.
